We value all students having the opportunity to participate in school activities and programs. We are here to support all students. Please contact our athletic director, Brigham Baker if you would like to apply for an athletic fee waiver.

How to Register for Winter Sports 2025-26
Winter Sports Registration is NOW OPEN in Aktivate.com
INFORMATION FOR FAMILIESSTEP ONE: Every athlete playing a winter sport must start/complete a new registration in Aktivate.com- Physicals are good for two years and need to be valid for the duration of your season. This means that most likely your first year students and juniors will need a new physical. A current physical form can be found here OSAA Physical:
STEP TWO: Athletes need to go into their account and pay any outstanding school fee that is shown on your myschoolbucks.com.

That includes all parking tickets, laptop and ASB fees that need to be paid on MYSCHOOLBUCKS.com before we can upload a Winter athletic invoice. STEP THREE: Tryouts are the week of November 17th. Athletic invoices will be applied to Myschoolbucks.com based off of tryout rosters and need to be paid online. We will NOT have an in-person clearance day this Winter. If you do not have an athletic invoice on your account, it is because you have an outstanding fee that needs to be paid. Once that has been paid, please email your receipt to our bookkeeper at freemanb@wlwv.k12.or.us and she will send an athletic invoice to your myschoolbucks account for payment.
STEP FOUR: Athletic invoices MUST BE PAID BY your first contest date.Questions regarding your aktivate account should be directed to the Aktivate help center. Questions regarding the WLHS registration process can be emailed to Shannon Maloney at malones1@wlwv.k12.or.us. Questions regarding your myschoolbucks account can be emailed to Brenda Freeman directly at freemanb@wlwv.k12.or.us.

- Question: What if I do not see an athletic invoice on myschoolbucks.com account?
- Answer: It is likely that you have an outstanding fee on your school account that needs to be paid. Please play this online at myschoolbucks.com first and then email Brenda Freeman.
- Question: My incoming first year student should have a physical from their previous school. Do you have a copy?
- Answer: The high school and middle school databases are separate, and we are 100% online. A copy of your physical should be requested from your physician and uploaded to Aktivate
