Students will need to wear an ACMS shirt (by week three of classes), athletic shorts or pants they did not wear to school and tennis shoes. All ACMS dress down gear can be ordered from Home Town Sports (flier is attached) or you can make your own ACMS shirt (please no glitter). Let your wellness teacher know if you have any questions about dressing down. 

This make up sheet with allow you to make up your missing PE classes. Please fill it out completely, have a guardian sign it and turn it into your teacher by the end of the quarter. If your absence in wellness was due to a school related event, you do not need to turn in a wellness make up sheet, but please make sure you check in with your teacher about this school absence.
