April-1-2019-BoardWorkSession-Segment-6 [00:00:00] Thinking we've reached some understandings about what people would like to see this section look like and that we need to go back and work on it and that made stimulate. Well, I think I think that. I don't want section sixes in ambiguity to prevent everything else from from being moving forward. So whatever it may be what makes the most sense has to. Change this to some really broad language. And then when we have a clear idea of new you and Kelly figure out what other districts are doing. We can come back in a Min number six to add specificity to it and I'll check I can just rewrite this now to one or two sentences. It says we'll do our best get back people in reason amount of. And I think that that is a goes well with the spirit of how I understand aboard operating agreement is that it's a living breathing document that this is something that we use to help us understand how we want to be with each other and we're going to revisit it probably every two years every time the board changes and that would be a [00:01:00] lovely practice for us to do at our board retreat that we dive into the document. And so anything that's in it is up for review and edit and revision. I feel like I've got really clear marching orders. I can make these changes and have these two you mentioned in the last set of changes. So thank you for input. It was very useful and if I can help you let me know. Okay? Thank you. Might be a point where you two of you want to meet with us with a laptop and we get things, you know formatted a certain way. So you're not also doing that work and happy to do that. Miss Douglas. Could you send me the existing operating agreements in word so I can start working on those? Okay. [00:02:00] Okay.
