so the start I moved to place on the agenda approval of superintendent's contract and then. I will second that motion.  Any discussion on that? So what's happening right now? Ledreau made one request that we modify the contract as approved so that for salary stayed the same but Lou the salary. The new language would read under section 4 a under compensation quote District shout a superintendent and annual salary rate of 170 thousand seven hundred thirty five dollar.
This annual salary rate shall be paid the superintendent in accordance with the schedule of salary payment in effect for other certified employees or in some other way mutually agreed upon by both parties in lieu of the salary increase in 2019 - 2020 commensurate with that of other administrators and similarly provided to the superintendent under this contract.
The district have the superintendent request will donate 6830 dollars to the superintendent scholarship fund during each year of this contract. Cause I

And because we already did our test.  We're compliant at 2020.
